Grandma and Grandpa Visit

From 25 to 29 June Ken and Helen stopped over in Singapore on their way home from Europe. It was fun to show our first visitors around Singapore. We were so busy seeing so many places and having fun we didn't take many photos! Highlights included:

• Night time golf at the driving range


• Night safari


• Chinatown


• Little India including Mustafas

No wonder Ken and Helen fell asleep regularly! The kids had so much fun and were soooo tired after their grandparents left.

Charlotte's Birthday Weekend

Charlotte turned 3 on Saturday 23rd June. She got a shiny new bike, a kitchen set and lots of other goodies. We celebrated with a family day out at Jurong Bird Park. The children all loved feeding the lorikeets and seeing owls, toucans, hornbills and eagles.

Charlotte had friends over for a morning tea party on Sunday. It was a united nations gathering with people from England, Ireland, France and Indian origins (and kiwis of course). Charlotte was very proud to blow out the candles on her cake.
